MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHER / SCIENCE
After a career in the field of Engineering, having studied Electrical Engineering at CCNY and Optical Engineering at NYU, for the past several years I have been teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students to embrace Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) related disciplines at the High School and Middle School levels.
I am excited to be working with the Middle School students at CHP. Integrating real-world STEM topics throughout the Science curriculum serves to challenge the students and give them an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the subject matter.
CHP Debate Championship Cedar Hill Prep School walked away with the following awards at the NJ Debate Championship: number 1 team: Agni Rajnikanth, Keyon Majidi and Matthew Clarke, number 1 school and most points at the tournament. The final debate topic that clinched the tournament championship was Facial Recognition Technology Does More Harm than Good. We are all very proud of our teams!
Understanding Standardized Testing In New Jersey Most parents are confused about standardized tests. Trying to research and understand what standardized tests are all about is daunting. Taking it can be stressful for your child because the process seems opaque or unnecessary, or you may question the validity of these tests. We don’t ever want you to feel in the dark about your child’s education, so we are hoping that this can help you understand standardized testing a little better — what it is, how it is administered, how it is used by the State, and what you can do to help ease your student’s mind about the process.
