MUSIC / PRESCHOOL – 8TH GRADE
I am so excited to join the staff at CHP as the music teacher. I hold a Bachelor’s of Music Degree from Heidelberg University and a Master’s Degree in Teaching from Marygrove College. I have taught in the Cranford, Parsippany, and Readington Township school districts. For the past 20 years, I have owned and operated my own piano studio in which I was able to share my love of music with so many amazing students.
Teaching is my opportunity to share my passion for music and the arts with my students. Music has been an essential part of my life, and I am so excited to share my knowledge and experience with the students at CHP. I am rewarded every time I have the opportunity to share my knowledge with a student and witness their growth and the effect that music has in their lives.
CHP Debate Championship Cedar Hill Prep School walked away with the following awards at the NJ Debate Championship: number 1 team: Agni Rajnikanth, Keyon Majidi and Matthew Clarke, number 1 school and most points at the tournament. Understanding Standardized Testing In New Jersey Most parents are confused about standardized tests. Trying to research and understand what standardized tests are all about is daunting. Taking it can be stressful for your child because the process seems opaque or unnecessary, or you may question the validity of these tests. We don’t ever want you to feel in the dark about your child’s education, so we are hoping that this can help you understand standardized testing a little better — what it is, how it is administered, how it is used by the State, and what you can do to help ease your student’s mind about the process.
