The U.S. Chess Federation ranked CHP 4th grader, Sahana Aravindakshan, 17th in the USA…in the nine year-old girls division!
Sahana told us, “Chess is my favorite sport. I train at home by working on tactics, which are hard chess problems, play games online, watch chess videos, and study games that famous chess players have played in. I analyze my games, too!”
Sahana continues to compete….and will be participating in another tournament at the end of the month. Best wishes Sahana….and CONGRATULATIONS!
