Sherine Gergesse
WORLD LANGUAGE TEACHER / FRENCH

I am very excited to join the Cedar Hill Prep faculty. My passion for teaching started 18 years ago with York Board of Education in Ontario, Canada as a substitute teacher and as an International Language Program teacher, teaching Language Arts, Math, and French as a second Language to Elementary and Middle School students.
This provided me the opportunity to then work as a French Teacher at one of the largest private schools in Toronto. For 9 years, I served as a French teacher and department head for grades 4-8.
Creativity is the key to teaching. Using technology, arts and crafts, and music will motivate my students to learning the French language and help them succeed.
