This marking period, one of the highlights for Grade 3 was the project on their favorite Celebrities.
The students thoroughly enjoyed this. They took so much interest and pride in doing it in two formats. The first part included writing, introducing their celebrities in Spanish (bio information), and holding mini conversations in Spanish among their celebrities. For the second part, students did a “Share and Learn” in which oral presentations were done in small groups.
This project students helped the third graders develop confidence and fluency in speaking Spanish. They stepped up to the challenge and had fun! Bravo!
